This may also happen while using computers at public libraries, which implement security measures for the protection of minors. LINKS & GRAPHICS   Some text on our pages is linked to other areas of our sites; they may appear underlined - In order to get a more visually pleasant experience, we would suggest reviewing the 'Preferences' on the browser in use and unchecking the 'underline links' options, usually found on the 'Fonts' menu.   Regarding graphics, the ones installed on our pages are high quality [small files]; they look much better on browsers that allow for full graphics to be viewed, particularly with America Online, when this option is checked. After this is done, a secure link ['Continue' button] will take you to a page where they can be downloaded in MS Word, Adobe PDF or Plain Text file formats.   We continually do extensive testing using several platforms and browsers, purchasing, downloading, opening, reading and printing our articles and publications' files. Occasionally, we have had minor difficulties at different steps during this process, caused by the configuration of browsers on local computer systems, particularly when all 'cookies' are blocked.   The payment process through PayPal® requires that 'First Party' cookies are allowed [on any browser]. If this type of cookies are blocked, the transactions are usually interrupted, with instructions offered on how to proceed.
